WLT's 2025 Year in Review

Navigating a Changing Claims Landscape

For health plans and administrators navigating a rapidly changing claims landscape, 2025 was a year that tested how well technology, partnerships, and people could actually work together. Across the healthcare claims ecosystem, payers, partners, and vendors pushed for faster integrations, more flexible technology, and clearer paths to efficiency. Throughout it all, WLT stayed ahead of evolving needs and rising industry expectations.

If 2024 was about building momentum, 2025 was about turning that into real, measurable progress. One thing stands out: strengthening the claims ecosystem is never a solo act. It takes partnership, shared vision, and technology designed to evolve.

Let’s take a look back at what we accomplished in 2025 and what’s setting 2026 apart as we continue shaping the future of claims administration.

Gathering, Growing, and Listening: Our 2025 Client Conference

This year’s WLT Client Conference welcomed 127 attendees making it one of our most engaged events to date. From sessions and workshops to roundtables and hallway conversations, one theme kept coming up: the industry wants modernization that moves faster, integrates more cleanly, and doesn’t add operational strain.

Clients shared what matters most to their teams:

  • Faster implementation timelines
  • Greater configurability
  • Smarter integration across complex vendor stacks
  • Increased visibility and control without added administrative burden

Those conversations didn’t end when the conference did. They continue to shape our roadmap and guide our decisions.

Expanding Our Partnership Ecosystem

In 2025, WLT expanded its partner ecosystem with 8 new business partnerships, strengthening our ability to support a more connected, efficient, and transparent claims environment. With shared goals in mind, each new partnership focused on improving accuracy, streamlining workflows, and reducing friction across the healthcare ecosystem.

This year, we were proud to partner with the following organizations:

Accessia Health AUM Healthcare Solutions Capital Rx careington ClaimLogiq Concord ECHO Health
FryeCare HealthLock North
American
Medical
Management
NOVUHealth RadMD The Phia
Group
Zelis

Together, these partnerships added meaningful value for WLT clients, from cost containment and pharmacy solutions to enhanced medical review and payment capabilities.

To our partners: thank you for your trust, collaboration, and shared commitment to improving claims administration. We look forward to continuing this work together in the year ahead.

On the Road: 16 Conferences, Countless Conversations

Our team logged thousands of miles this year to make sure WLT stayed at the heart of industry discussions. Across 16 national and regional conferences, we heard the same message again and again: the claims landscape is changing quickly, and technology needs to keep pace.

A few themes surfaced consistently:

  • Claims accuracy and auditability are under sharper scrutiny
  • Vendor ecosystems are expanding, not contracting
  • Implementation success depends on clarity, not complexity
  • Organizations are prioritizing tools that lighten operational load

Each conversation offered valuable insight. That feedback directly informed platform enhancements, integration priorities, and ongoing product development, ensuring what we build reflects real-world needs.

Looking Ahead: How WLT Is Shaping Claims Administration in 2026

As we head into 2026, expectations across the claims ecosystem continue to rise. WLT continues to lead with investments in intuitive, plug-and-play integrations and intelligent automation to strengthen adjudication. At the same time, we’re enhancing configuration and implementation experiences to give plans greater flexibility without adding complexity.

Building on the insights gained throughout 2025, WLT moves into 2026 with clarity, confidence, and purpose. To our clients and partners, thank you for your continued trust

and collaboration. We’re excited for what’s ahead as we continue shaping the future of claims administration together.
