Shelley Van Etten

President/CEO

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Shelley is responsible for overseeing WLT’s daily business operations and working closely with Senior Management to provide financial and operational leadership to the entire WLT Software team. A part of the founding family of WLT, Shelley spent 10 years in the accounting and finance industry prior to joining WLT. In 2002, Shelley began her career with WLT software as an implementation specialist assisting clients with training and configuration. Her accounting background contributed to her promotion to CFO, and in 2017, her promotion to CEO.

Bill Younker

Senior Vice President of Systems Development & COO

As the Senior Vice President of System Development and Information Technology and Chief Operating Ofﬁcer, William (Bill) Younker is responsible for overseeing and managing all of WLT’s software and technical teams, in addition to being our chief systems architect. Joining the WLT family in 1989 as a programmer, then promoted to Manager of Programming in 1991, Bill has led the evolution of WLT’s platforms from its origin on IBM mini mainframe to its current Oracle Cloud-based program. In his career with WLT, he has not only led company development to meet the requirements of various legislative mandates such as HIPAA, HITECH, and ACA, but has also excelled in creating custom solutions for our clients that help them innovate and maintain a competitive advantage.

Ray Brown

Manager of Client Services

Ray Brown joined WLT in 2023 bringing with him 20+ years of management experience in
various markets. Ray and his team will serve as the first line of communication between clients,
business partners and WLT’s internal development teams. The team works with clients and
business partners to assess individual needs for customization, how they will be accomplished
and how this customization can positively impact the system. In addition, the team is
responsible for ensuring that programs and features whether brand new or re-designed, function
as promised and deliver without error. Ray will play an integral role in client retention by
managing open lines of communication with WLT clients through open ticket management,
resolution flow and client status calls.

Katie Stepro

VP of Compliance

As part of the team since 1994, Katie Stepro is the VP of Compliance & Implementation and is responsible for developing and implementing new corporate compliance policies, as well as managing new client implementations. Daily, Katie works on transitioning clients from many unique platforms. Her combined expertise with training, data analysis, and system design provides a solid foundation for guiding new clients through the implementation process. Prior to focusing on new client implementations, Katie spent several dedicated years training new and existing clients on WLT Software. Her many years of implementation experience have provided her with an unmatched ability to analyze incoming client data ﬁles and develop custom solutions for optimal client onboarding.

Cynthia Tierney

Manager of Product Development

Cindy Tierney has been with WLT Software for over 15 years. With firsthand experience in Client Services, Implementation, Quality Assurance, and Product Development, Cindy is an invaluable member of the WLT Team. Together, Cindy and her team serve as the communication channel between clients/business partners and WLT’s development team. They work with individual clients and business partners to assess individual needs for customization, what specifically needs to be accomplished, and how the customization can most positively impact the system(s). Her team is also responsible for ensuring that programs and features, whether new or corrected, function as designed and without error.

Jamie Marsh

Manager of Implementation

Jamie Marsh has been with WLT for more than 20 years, advancing through the ranks to her current position with the Implementation Team. As a Sr. Implementation Specialist, she designs and executes implementation plans for new Clients and provides daily support throughout the process. She has experience with data conversions from multiple legacy platforms and her attention to detail provides excellent results every time. As a Senior Training Consultant, Jamie has trained Clients and WLT staff in every aspect of all WLT systems. She also provides expert guidance when integrating products and services from third-party business partners.

Janet Faulds

Manager of Quality Assurance

Janet Faulds is the Supervisor of Client Services & Support. She joined the WLT team in 1991, bringing 10 plus years of Third-Party Administrative (TPA) experience with her. Through her time with Quality Assurance, Janet gained experience designing, documenting, and implementing new software projects, as well as debugging problems, and assisting in developing test automation solutions. Now a part of the Implementation Team, Janet utilizes that experience daily as she manages her daily tasks including introducing new systems and modules for Clients, conducting day-to-day support for Clients, and closely working alongside Sales and Marketing performing Prospect product demos.
